These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership with Ascension Prizes and your participation in any associated promotional giveaways. By subscribing to a membership, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

1.1. Membership is open to residents of Australia, excluding those residing in South Australia and the Northern Territory, due to regional trade promotion regulations.
1.2. You must be 18 years or older to become a member and participate in any giveaways.
1.3. By signing up, you warrant that the information you provide is true and accurate.

2. Membership Overview

2.1. Ascension Prizes operates as a membership-based promotional platform. Members receive entries into promotional giveaways as part of their monthly subscription benefits.
2.2. There are three tiers of membership, each offering a fixed number of entries per month into eligible giveaways:

Bronze: $9.95/month — 5 entries/month
Silver: $14.95/month — 10 entries/month
Gold: $19.95/month — 15 entries/month

2.3. Membership fees are billed monthly and automatically renewed unless cancelled.
2.4. The first 25 paid subscribers will:

Receive double entries on all eligible giveaways
Have their subscription tier price locked for life, regardless of future price increases

2.5. The first draw will only take place once 50 active paid subscribers have been reached.

2A. One-Off Entry Purchases

2A.1. Ascension Prizes offers a one-off entry purchase option for users who wish to participate in a giveaway without subscribing to a monthly membership.
2A.2. Entry bundles are clearly displayed and valid only for the selected giveaway.
2A.3. All terms under Sections 3, 4, and 5 apply equally to one-off purchasers.
2A.4. Entry purchases are non-refundable except as required under Australian Consumer Law. If a draw is cancelled, customers may be offered a refund or entry transfer.

2B. Free Entry Method (Compliance Clause)

2B.1. No purchase is necessary to enter. To enter without a paid membership or one-off entry:

3. Giveaway Entry and Prize Draws

3.1. Entries are automatically allocated each month based on your subscription tier or one-off entry purchase.
3.2. Paid members and free entrants are included in the same draw pool.
3.3. All draws are conducted randomly using a certified selection method and supervised for fairness.
3.4. Each draw’s prize, timing, and details will be publicly listed on our website or promotional materials.

4. Winners and Prize Fulfilment

4.1. Winners will be contacted via email or phone within 7 days of the draw.
4.2. If the winner does not respond within 30 days, the prize may be redrawn.
4.3. Prizes are shipped free of charge within Australia.
4.4. Winners may opt to receive a cash alternative equal to the retail value of the prize, instead of the physical product.

5. Excluded Jurisdictions

5.1. Ascension Prizes does not accept entries from residents of South Australia or the Northern Territory.
5.2. If a subscription is found to originate from these areas, it will be cancelled and refunded.

6. Hydroglide Discount for Members

6.1. Active paid Ascension Prizes members are entitled to 10% off all items at Hydroglide.
6.2. Discount codes are issued through your member dashboard and are valid only while your subscription remains active.
6.3. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other Hydroglide promotions unless stated.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1. You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard.
7.2. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
7.3. Refunds are not issued for unused time unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

8. Compliance and Legal Standing

8.1. Ascension Prizes is structured as a legal trade promotion, not a lottery.
8.2. We operate in compliance with all relevant state and federal laws.
